Module Two:

GROUNDING

In this class we:

• Dive into the richness of the lower chakras (1st, 2nd, 3rd )

• Learn why manifestation doesn’t happen and how to clear the way properly

• Explore the complex energetic realities of being a human

• Repair communication with your body and learn how to approach yourself with respect

• Clear familial karmas and enjoy a more balanced approach to heavy spiritual concepts

• This is always a mind blowing module even if you are already a spiritual, empath, intuitive person - practicing grounding is life changing

Module Three:

SHADOW WERK

emotions - inner child - inner voice -  integrated actualization 

In this class we:

• Allow the inner child to calm down as they are seen, heard and comforted by the person they need attention from the most - YOU.

• Establish a healthy inner authority + parental selves

• Build a strong and consistent bridge from the dark & light aspects of self

• Strengthen your ability to be there for yourself no matter what

• How to make your negative thoughts actually work for you

• Understanding and working WITH the ego and it’s very essential function

COSMIC ENERGY

 spirit - creativity - opportunity - expansion - perspective shift

In this class we:

• Deep diving into the themes of the Upper Chakras ( 5th 6th and 7th )

• Exploring the problematic nature of spirituality on planet earth.

• Learn to value and work with your personal astrology (aka actualizing your personality)

• Let in new opportunity and stop sabotaging

• Build the capacity to handle the energy of expansion 

• Reclaim your power from spiritual teachers, gurus, and or misaligned leaders in the world

CLAIRVOYANCE

freedom - neutrality - amusement - clarity - maturity 

In this class we:

• Develop the ability to see energy, instead of just feeling it

• Peel the layers of programming back to reveal your unique energy

• Grow the ability to run energy through you at will

• Different way of functioning for the multi-dimensional

• Learn how to stop being a stuck empath 

• Find personal liberation with the skill to move energy with a new perspective

Q: How is EPS delivered?

A: Online! (no hard pants necessary)

Our class meetings are recorded on Zoom and you will receive several weekly emails with supportive psychic work.

Q. Can I go at my own pace?

A. Kinda? But not really…

Online learning is meant to be flexible! However, this is a healing container. The magick is in the engagement!

This class will be offered again, possibly in other formats, if now is not the right time - if it feels panicky and intense trying to sign up - trust that! And wait.

Q’s: What are we doing in class? What are the tools like?

A: 50% Group Giggles + 50% Focused presence work

This class is interactive and I am a real person that you will be working with. Live class is a co-creative, safe space held for you to do the work of self healing and actualizing. You will have plenty of delivered to your devices in between classes.

This is NOT like common online courses where you will leave with 35 lovely new bits of info that adds noise & overwhelm as you get lost in a sea of students.

In class, we will be using many awareness techniques - Feeling your emotions, sensing subtle parts of yourself, observing your thoughts. We will do this for chunks of time intermixed with processing sharing, and connecting.

Ability to focus is KEY - However, for my fellow ADD/ADHD Bipolar folks - Neurodivergence is all but expected in a class like this. With that in mind, the information is presented in many ways so students can take in the information according to their own strengths and natural genius.

Q: How much support will I receive?

A: The Most.

I take my role as a teacher and guide very seriously. I think we are in desperate need of practitioners who can actually hold space for the messy transformations process while modeling healthy boundaries, open-hearted intimacy, and consistent support. People taking up space as “spiritual leaders” should be here to heal hierarchy in spiritual and digital communities. For that reason, I stay very accessible.

A: YOu have a few options.

If you’ve gotten to this part of the webpage, I’m guessing you’re the type of person who is compelled to go deeper and find out more.

That’s me too.

I’ve been fascinated by what’s going on under the surface of things for my whole life - it is that fascination that lead me to holistic healing work as a teen and it is the spark of passion that has carried me through the last 27 years of practice in various healing modalities to bring you this work.

In all the years that I have been learning & practicing, I have not found anything more soothing and restorative to the modern human, than going through the tedious work of taking the time to sit with our own energy, seeking to understand ourselves, gently uncover our unique gifts, and live from that place as we learn to adeptly hold the many aspects of our beingness. So that’s what we are doing here in EPS.

In my journey, I have also found very few, truly safe spaces with well-trained (but not programmed) practitioners to do vulnerable self-healing work. So I made those spaces! As a leader in them, I am dedicated to healthy circle/community building and compassionate, nonreactive leadership.

This work is intended to bridge the body with the infinite / spirit in a safe and sane approach. I wanted EPS to offer you the ease of online education, without sacrificing the connection you get from “in-person” time and the somatic integration that is needed to build lasting internal strength that you can rely on - long after class ends. So get ready to move, and feel, and build your personal energy, when we gather online!

I am here to remind you, that you don’t have to be an overwhelmed, overstimulated empath or intuitive. You don’t have to endlessly seek answers. You don’t have to spend your days feeling separate from yourself, your body, and your purpose - and not know how to change it!  

In a healthy world, we would have learned all these tools, built healthy cycles, have a deep understanding of how we work, and would have been living our truth for our entire adult lives…

But you know as well as I do, we have some undoing… to do. Some reparations. On many levels.

The reality is, that we are atrophied in places where we desperately need strength to face life and guide ourselves well … so let's do it now. 

We have no time to waste.
